How a roll-off works
The truck backs in and rolls the container off onto the spot you agreed. You load it over the open top, keeping everything level with or below the top edge, because an overfilled dumpster cannot be safely hauled. Spread the load evenly, front to back and side to side, and do not move the container once the driver has set it — if it needs moving, call us. Space is the thing to check before you book: a flat, hard surface such as a driveway, gravel pad or pavement, room for a container up to about 22 feet long and 8 feet wide, a straight run for the truck to back in and clear space overhead. How full can I load it?
Level with the top edge, no higher. An overfilled dumpster cannot be safely hauled, so even loading matters. If you need more room, call and we swap it for an empty one.
Do I have to be home for delivery?
No. Agree the spot with us in advance, keep it clear of cars and obstacles, and the driver places it exactly where you asked. Same for pickup — just keep the path clear.
How quickly can you deliver?

Can I not just haul it to the landfill myself?
You can. The Wellford Landfill is open Monday to Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and county residents can also use Station 16 Wellford for furniture and construction materials. The county's roadside and recycling centers take household garbage from county residents only — not construction debris. Cover the load: county code makes it unlawful to haul loose material uncovered, with fines of $100 to $200 an offense. A roll-off is the option when the job is more than a couple of loads, or you would rather not make the trips.
