General information

The information on hubhauldumpsters.com is for general information only. Hub & Haul Dumpsters works to keep it accurate, current and reliable, but we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about its completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability. Any reliance you place on it is at your own risk.

Our business model

Hub & Haul Dumpsters is based in Spartanburg, South Carolina, and provides roll-off dumpster rental across Spartanburg County. Depending on availability, project needs and service coverage, we may provide the rental directly or connect you with an independent local dumpster rental provider who can deliver the right container for your project. We do not operate waste disposal facilities.

Independent service providers

Any independent provider we work with is a separate company, not an employee or agent of Hub & Haul Dumpsters, and is responsible for its own licensing and insurance; pricing, scheduling and operations; compliance with local waste disposal rules; and delivery and pickup. You never pay anything extra because a provider is involved. We work with providers we trust, but we cannot guarantee or control the actions of a third party.

Service accuracy and availability

Pricing, dumpster sizes, weight allowances, delivery times and availability on this website may vary with your project location, the type of debris, scheduling demand and local conditions. We may change pricing, services or content at any time without notice, and any promotional offer may carry its own terms.

No professional or legal advice

Where this site describes a city, town, county or state rule — about placement, permits, who may haul, landfill bans or what a facility accepts — it summarizes what that government's own published code or web page said when we read it, with the department to confirm with. Codes and fees change, and some county ordinances adopted after late 2023 may not yet appear in the published county code; confirm the rules for your address with the City of Spartanburg, your own town, Spartanburg County, SCDES or SCDOT before delivery. Nothing here is legal, environmental or regulatory advice, and we are not responsible for decisions made only on the information provided here.

External links

This website links to outside websites for convenience, including official resources such as the City of Spartanburg, Spartanburg County's solid waste pages and the South Carolina Legislature. Those websites are not under our control, and we do not endorse or take responsibility for their accuracy, content or policies.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South Carolina law, Hub & Haul Dumpsters and its owners, employees, contractors and affiliates are not liable for any damages arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, this website; errors, omissions or inaccuracies in its content; delays or interruptions in service or access; or losses resulting from reliance on the information provided — including indirect, incidental or consequential damages such as loss of data, business interruption or lost profits.

Dumpster rental terms and compliance

All rentals are subject to our Terms and Conditions. Customers are responsible for following the local, county and state rules on dumpster placement, debris restrictions and site safety, and Hub & Haul Dumpsters is not responsible for fines, penalties, property damage or violations resulting from improper use of a dumpster by the customer or third parties. We cannot guarantee compliance if restricted or hazardous materials — hazardous chemicals, batteries, electronics, tires, fuel containers, asbestos, solvents or paints — are put in a container against our stated policy, and doing so may result in fines or additional disposal fees.

Testimonials

This site does not publish invented testimonials or star ratings. Any review quoted will be a real, attributed one used with permission.
